Hotel Bisesti ***S - Garda (Verona)

The Hotel Bisesti , situated on a quiet street, offers excellent value for money. The attentive staff and their friendly service make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms, especially those with a balcony, are well-equipped and comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. Plus, the freshly made cappuccino served during breakfast is a good way to start the day.

No major issues, everything was satisfactory.

The hotel was well situated for the town and lake.The facilities were good and food ( breakfast) was satisfactory-the staff were good-all the reception staff were helpful and smiling (very important)One little point- there was an Englishman (widow) on his own and I felt he was a little on his own--perhaps you could encourage single people to get together- their choice?

We had a lovely stay in a standard double room with a balcony, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at breakfast that had a ton of choices. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day out. There was some nice live music to enjoy in the evenings. One small thing was the sunbeds getting reserved early, but overall, it didn’t take away from a wonderful experience! 🌞

A lot of delicious food at breakfast time. Bright rooms, polite and very welcoming team especially Hind the restaurant manager. Location short walk to lake and public transport, the garden and main supermarket.

Pleasantly decorated, new-fashioned room with balcony, decent sized beds, as for instance, and polite staff. A huge variety of excellent food for meals.

Staff were great, especially Alexandra who was always very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the comfy bed and the lekker blankets! Super close to the lake and shops, made for nice walks at sunset!

Only bummer was that I found the room a bit on the small side, but still cozy.

The location is perfect for walks around Garda, for shopping and visiting other towns around the lake and the hotel is very comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful at all times and carry out their duties to a high standard. I think the important thing is that we feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. We do not have to worry about anything so can enjoy our holiday. Also, a big plus is the swimming pool which was one of the reasons that we booked a second holiday at Hotel Bisesti.

Just a solid selection for a lightning stop in Garda (Verona) with good price value. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept us cool. Reserve your sun loungers early if you want a good spot.

Strict allocation of tables for meals. We live in Barcelona and were meeting family on holiday from uk but were put in seperate dining room and had diffificulty getting table beside them. Reason for staying at hotel was seeing family and table allocation meant we were unable to sit with them at meal times. Extra cost for fridge was excessive.

Good location and friendly staff, free parking.

It could be nice to have free internet service or Wi-Fi.

The buffet breakfast was an absoluteley mediocre display, a sad array of cakes and hams rather than proper hot options. I was disappointed to find no fresh fruit salad other than one day. After my many requests for a complimentary room upgrade due to the unfathomably small room, i just couldn't believe the lack of hospitality here.

We booked a standard room but requested a balcony and lake view, we received the only apartment in the hotel, situated on the top floor at the front of the hotel, with the biggest private sun terrace I have ever seen, there was a small nominal fee for the upgrade but it was nothing in comparison to the benefit. If you decide to stay at the Bisesti and I would recommend it try and get Apartment 8 (although it is called 8 it is the only apartment) you won't regret it. The hotel was in a good location close to the lake and restaurants, with a large car park at no additional cost.

Location and proximity to the canal. Free breakfast although basic included in the room cost.

Room was fairly basic (but clean), bathroom was very small and the door hit the sink when opened. There were problems with the lock on our room which must have been pre-existing but we had to keep going next door to be let into the room - very inconvenient.
